    Media Credential Requirements

Thank you for your interest in covering the 2023 Rose Cup Races.

Media credentials are only issued to journalists from recognized news outlets that regularly cover motorsports, including but not limited to television, radio, newspapers, magazines, and news services. Internet-only sites may be considered if they are original news content providers and regularly cover motorsports or automotive related news. Only working journalists/members of the media on assignment are eligible for media credentials.

Photographers: Due to insurance requirements, photographer/videographer credentials are very limited and available only to qualified individuals. This access is determined on a case-by-case basis. All photographers must attend a mandatory photo meeting to receive a photo vest required for trackside access. These meetings are held to review safety rules and event related information.

Deadline for media credential requests: June 27, 2023.

To apply for credentials, please have your assigning editor submit an email to: [email protected]

The email must include the media outlet name, the editor’s contact information and intended scope of coverage. Credentials are non-transferable. Please list name(s), contact information, and type of credential being requested for each individual on assignment. Proof of previous racing coverage may be requested.

The Rose Cup Race appreciates legitimate media coverage, however application for credentials does not guarantee approval.

The Rose Cup Race committee reserves the right to revoke the credential of any individual at any time and for any reason. Misuse of credentials may result in revocation and removal from the facility. All credential holders must sign applicable waivers and agree to the terms and conditions. Must be at least 18 years of age to receive credentials for trackside/hot areas.
